All projects start with a non-charge initial meeting. The meeting is to discuss the brief and for us to learn about the projects nature and the client’s identity, needs, budget and expectations. The meeting will be followed up with a written proposal with concept design ideas with a rough time frame for the work.

After the initial concept is approved we start developing a detailed in-debt strategic design plan. This will be presented with layout plans, colour schemes, soft furnishings, lighting solutions and possibly full furniture suggestions if required,

Henage/Joshen work with some of the best tradesmen in the industry and offer full management of projects, where the progress and development is managed and monitored on site with regular visits. This ensures a smooth process for the client from beginning to client handover.

Depending on the brief we offer a full styling and dressing of the new space to ensure the complete solution and experience. We can work with the individual client’s treasured items or alternative source new furniture and artwork if desired.
